The family behind your prep
Go Prep Service is a registered LLC operated full-time by four family members in Houston, Texas. We started this business at the moment Amazon stopped offering in-house prep — because sellers deserve a prep partner who treats their inventory like their own.
Quality-first, not cheapest
We compete on accuracy, speed, and proof — not on being the lowest bid. Amazon’s inbound defect fees run $0.20–$5.72 per unit; the cheapest prep is the prep that never triggers them.
Family-operated, full-time
Four family members run every station — receiving, labeling, bundling, and shipping. The person answering your email is the person handling your inventory.
Proof over promises
Every inbound box is photographed the day it arrives. Every shipment is photographed before it leaves. You never wonder what happened to your inventory.
Wholesale-first by design
Cartons, pallets, resale certificates, drip-feed schedules — our operation is built around how wholesale and private-label sellers actually work.
Why Houston is your advantage
Texas has one of the densest Amazon fulfillment-center networks in the country. For wholesale sellers shipping cartons and pallets, that means shorter inbound legs, cheaper freight, and faster check-in at the FC. If you buy with a resale certificate, sales tax never enters the picture — and if you're in the Houston area, you can skip the carrier entirely and drop off in person.
We're insured with commercial general liability plus bailee's coverage for goods in our care, and security cameras cover receiving and storage around the clock.
